EAGALA provides assistance with agencies or those wishing to start an agency in their area. It is required that when an agency states they are using EAP as a part of their program, that they adhere to their Code of Ethics, which includes making sure there is a team consisting of the horse(s), licensed therapist, and equine professional, with at least one being certified in EAGALA. Keep this in mind as you develop your program, and as you seek out services.
EAGALA also provides its members with additional information through their task forces regarding such issues as insurance, military, ethics, and research.
